My professional services are predominately in the area of income tax planning and tax return preparation. I also work with the IRS on behalf of clients who do not wish to represent themselves. In addition, I offer business consulting for projects such as: new business start-up, retirement planning, choice of business entity, cost accounting/break-even analysis, and lease or buy decisions. Year-end letters: I have emailed or sent year-end letters, but if you don't have them, here they are in WORD format. Save them to your computer to fill them out:

• All clients need the Tax Engagement Letter [doc]
• All Individual Federal and\or State income tax return clients need the Individual Letter [doc]
• Clients who have a business, whether a sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or trust need the Business Letter [doc]
